So, a little bit about me of course! I am semi retired, having spent over 30 years working within our beloved NHS in the UK! For the last 15 years or so I have had a passion for all things programming and like to build desktop and web applications for fun! It keeps me busy and out of trouble (well for most of the time anyways !)

ConvertMe2it is my latest past-time and is meant to be simply fun and inspirational……in equal measure. If you like it I hope you will share it with friends and family, especially those who may be on a weight loss journey and in need of a little levity to keep going! You can share below, it only takes a few seconds!

My inspiration comes from my Wife & Son, who provide equal measures of encouragement, insightfullness and reality.They keep me grounded and stop me from going mad from looking at all those lines of code !! They also tell me to “just stop” when I go off the crazy scale .I will be eternally grateful to them for all of their support and tolerance, not just in my programming ventures, but in everyday life.
